We schedule a walkthrough
Fifteen minutes, in person or over a video call. You show us what matters, we quote a flat price. It doesn't move later.
You book & pay a deposit
Pick your date and time right on the spot. A small deposit holds it — the rest is due when the work is done.
We clean
Two to three people, usually two to four hours. You don't have to be home — most clients give us a code or a key.
You look it over
If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it. No charge, no argument.
